Innovation and intelligence are two of the most sustainable sources of competitive advantage and business growth. Properly managed, and combined with the right technologies, these disciplines provide a solid foundation for strategy and decision making at all levels of the organisation.

This 90 minute seminar will demonstrate the importance of intelligence processes for business development and innovation. Participants will be shown how to establish a simple market intelligence process, and how to use simple, web-based tools to generate the information the need to guide their innovation and growth strategies. Practical guidance and examples will be provided throughout.
