Rafał graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, where he continued his scientific research at PhD program in finance and banking. He’s been with the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency since 2006. He specializes in consulting foreign companies from the Business Services Sector (Shared Services Centers, IT centers, BPO vendors). Assisted in projects of i.a.: Goldman Sachs, IBM, BNY Mellon, Google, Fujitsu Technology Solutions, State Street Corporation, BBH, F5 Networks. His scope of duties encompasses both business location advisory with strong focus on the key requirements for the company and works on the investment incentives package. Actively participates in investment seminars and conferences about trends in foreign investments, BSS in particular. Co-author of the criteria for the governmental subsidies system.
